Free Online Community Breathwork Offering

Last Tuesday of every month on ZOOM!

The last Tuesday of each month we offer a FREE online class for anyone and everyone who would like to join!

How to prepare:

You will need a good wifi connection and we would also suggest you use some decent-quality headphones. Headphones are not necessary but they will definitely contribute to a better remote experience for you. You will want to be in your own private space without interruptions. You will want to be comfortable — wear comfortable clothes, maybe a blanket and/or pillow, maybe an eye mask. You can lay on a yoga mat on the ground… or you could even lay on a couch or bed if you prefer. Just be intentional and be in a private setting. If you have a journal practice, you may want to have your journal handy. And perhaps have some tissues and a bottle of water accessible as well. Other than that, just show up with an open heart. You won’t need to do ANYTHING except listen and breathe.

Here is what you can expect:

During this special community breathwork session we’ll use the breath to dive into your inner space, moving through emotions you are ready to leave behind, as you reconnect to the most authentic version of YOU! The main segment of breathwork is usually done lying down, eyes closed, with music playing loudly. During this portion, you’ll breathe one type of breath for about 40 minutes… which will take you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, diving deep into your inner-space. During this time, you may unearth emotions that need the time and space to be held before they can be released. This continuous stretch of breathing can have many effects. There is no right or wrong and every breathwork experience is different for every person every time. If nothing else, it will be a reset for your nervous system and a recalibration of your energy. Ultimately it may inspire new perspectives, and allow you to step into a FULLER, WHOLER version of who you already are.


The last bit of the class will be an invitation to settle back in and simply RECEIVE. The breathers will then be invited to take LONG, SLOW, DEEP breaths allowing you to soak in, ground back down, and invite in all the good-good (love, light , acceptance, compassion, gratitude, etc.).

At the very end of our journey, everyone will have the opportunity to share (completely optional) and find community with those who are also experiencing shifts in their consciousness/life.
